We provide roofing services including repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties in Lake Forest, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. Emergency services are prioritized and may affect scheduled appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations without valid reason.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid services as permitted by California law.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and workmanship. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather, improper maintenance, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to your property that existed before our work or was caused by factors outside our control.

You are responsible for securing pets, removing fragile items, and providing clear access to work areas. We are not liable for damage to landscaping, outdoor furniture, or other items not moved before work begins.
